本週混音帶的主題是神聖與不神聖的歌。
標題由來除了mix當中Wye Oak的〈Holy Holy〉一曲以外，還有垮掉的一代的偉大詩人Alan Ginsberg。他的《Howl》長詩有這段附註：
The typewriter is holy the poem is holy the voice is holy the hearers are holy the ecstasy is holy!
我認為生活周遭的人，或者在遙遠地區的人們所創造出的文字、音樂、影像或任何產物都是神聖的，神聖的概念不應該只限定於神祇，畢竟祂們也是由人類發想/發現到的。這個mix有一些歌曲挑戰了神的權威性，像開頭The Dandy Warhols的〈Godless〉；在Elbow的〈Jesus Is a Rochdale〉中，敘事者心愛的女孩在他心中的地位與神不相上下。
結尾的歌曲是Leonard Cohen的〈Coming Back yo You〉。敘事者在歌詞中與神直接對話，道出他對於所信仰對象的熱愛、懷疑與妒忌，最後的結論我覺得非常有意思。
